i had to take an online "fit to culture" test first and then i took a test in their Makati Office, and then I had interviews.
the irst interview went really well. it took over an hour. i had a bad experience in the second interview where is struggled to answer the question and the interviewer more or less ended the interview.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
