Phone interview went very well. It lasted about 30 minutes. They used the STAR interview process. Interviewer was very pleasant and the interview waslow key and comfortable. The whole process from initial application all the way to the phone interview was about two weeks from start to finish. The email advising whether or not offered employment came a about 3 days.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
