I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2008
Interview
Progressive was very thorough, I was kept aware of the progress of my interview process the entire time. All of my questions were answered promptly and I received a sufficient amount of follow up. All representatives I spoke with were positive and enthusiastic. Every Progressive person I spoke to made me feel very welcome and appreciated. At the end of the process, I received a survey to make comments or suggestions about the interview process. I felt that Progressive was honestly interested in my input and valued my opinions about the process and were very open to feedback. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
