I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in May 2010
Interview
The interview was a four part process: testing, phone interview, team interview and background investigation. The interview focused on experience based questions. These questions assume that the best way to learn about a persons work habits is to look at their experience. All of the questions ask for specific examples of a time that you worked through some sort of problem or faced some obstacle. It was a fairly intense process but as long as you prepare yourself and think of good examples to portray your ability to create a positive solution from a negative situation you will do well. Also it is very important to know a bit about the company history.
