Applied. Received assessment next day. Did assessment and was sent HireView interview that same day. Completed HireView interview that evening. Currently awaiting next steps…
Note: This is my second time applying to Progressive. The first time I did the assessment, HireView interview and virtual interview but was declined the position. I was advised I didn’t “go into enough detail” regarding my previous positions.
Definitely going to practice the STAR method more in detail this time and watch the Madeline Mann videos on YouTube. Fingers crossed. Staying positive!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
