Applied, online assessment, phone interview, background check, and then face to face interview. Thought everything went great with face to face interview, but received a call the next day and was advised they went with someone who gave more customer service oriented answers to the star questions and someone that had claims experience, which make no sense as this is a trainee position.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
