I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Nov 2010
Interview
I applied for Progressive online, then noticed a virtual job fair taking place the following day. So i signed up and made contact with a recruiter. She later called me and got the process started. I first was scheduled for the assessment. I was nervous, but I just went through it as quickly as possible. If I wasnt sure of the answer I would take my best guess and move on. I passed both portions of the test. Then I was scheduled for my phone interview. It went good. It was probably one of the most fun interviews I've had. (I have plenty of examples to the questions they asked, since I work in retail management). Then I was contacted the next day and scheduled to come for an interview with a manager in the local office. That is in a couple of days...I really excited!
