Interview
So I will admit this company has a very thorough and lengthy hiring process, first I submitting my application, the very next day received a request to submit my assessment which I was sure to complete that day. The assessment consist of behavioral questions, math and simulation of the job. The next day I received a request to submit a one way recorded interview which included 8 behavioral questions which I was sure to use the STAR method, I also completed that task the day of. The next day I recived a request to meet one on one with a hiring manager which I scheduled as soon as possible. After completing the one on one with the hiring manager which took about a hour I was told I would receive an update within 7-10 days. I did decide to submit a follow up email to stand out and point out out my interest on day 9 and received a call with an offer that same day. Yay! Excited to join the progressive family.
(I also sent a thank you email after the interview)
The entire process took about 2 weeks.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
