The entire process was pretty smooth through the email communication, but it became very clear from the first sentence she opened with that she was not going to hire me because of my time at GEICO. She mentioned on several occasions that not many people are not able to make the transition to Progressive culture. She did a really good job of not selling me the job and I definitely feel like it was a huge waste of time.
