Progressive provides information on how to prepare for the interviews. Read this, be prepared for the STAR questions and think of customer specific scenarios. The lady who conducted my phone interview was very helpful and offered me tips for my on-site interview. I had already done a little research on the company and did even more to prepare for my on-site interview. Watch the videos about the position you're applying for, as well, these were helpful.
Still waiting to, hopefully, hear back with a job offer. The company looks like an awesome company to work for!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
