I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
Great recruiting process. On campus recruiting at my university consisted of a resume drop at the career fair followed by a follow up dinner for candidates they are interested in. Dinner was very relaxed, they use this as a time to get to know the different candidates. The next day they did on campus interviews followed by second round interviews on site. The second round interviews lasted half a day and consisted of several 30 minute interviews with current employees, a group case study, and an informational about the firm. The on-site interview was very relaxed and all of the interview questions were behavioral and situational questions. Come prepared with questions to ask about Protiviti as a few interviews were all about what questions I had for them. Overall, I enjoyed their recruiting process very much.

All questions were behavioral and situational for them to get to know you more.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Interview
Colloquio con HR che prima ha illustrato la posizione e poi ha fatto delle domande. Non ho effettuato altri step perché il mio periodo di disponibilità non era compatibile con le loro esigenze
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
