Interview
very simple process - straightforward process based on competency based questions and no technical questions. Eg: teamwork, leadership, recent business story, also asked about experiences abroad, favourite courses. Three interviews (one with HR, one with manager and one with partner). There was also an assessment centre which consisted of group activity and written report. It was straightforward.
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
