I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Milan) in Oct 2014
Interview
The process consisted of two tests (logical and quantitative reasoning), a group interview, motivational interview with HR, technical interview with manager and a final interview with partner.
- Logical reasoning has 10 questions and it's not timed
- Quantitative reasoning has 25 questions and you have 30 minutes to answer as many as you can
- During the group interview you work on a business case and have to demonstrate teamwork and "thinking on your feet" capacity
- Technical interview is the tricky one, as it largely depends on manager's educational background. However, there are no right answers, you just have to demonstrate that you can approach any problem in a logical and structured manner
- Motivational and partner rounds are formalities
