    Junior Software Engineer Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QBurst (Thrissur (India)) in July 2018.

    Interview

    Interview consisted of 3 rounds
    1. Machine coding - 2 hours , 4 Questions
    2. Technical Interview
    3. HR Interview

The overall process was very lousy, the first round was to begin at 8.30am and those who completed 1st round had to wait until 2 pm just to know if we had qualified for the further rounds. Most of them who had qualified had to wait until 7pm for the other two rounds to be over.

The staffs were friendly but the overall process was dreadful and tiring for the applicants , Seems like they do not really care about those who apply .

    Interview Questions

    • Interview Question were dumb , mostly the deep theoretically part of a C language were asked.
Question were intended to the people who by hearts the theory part of a language , Logical and problem solving part were never tested.
Felt like what they wanted was medium brained people who memorize the theoretical core and the language and not a fresh brain with logical thinking and problem solving mentality   Answer Question
