Applied in the morning and got a call that afternoon for on-the-spot phone screen (45 mins).
Started out with a phone screen which was standard. It was about my experiences and some google-esque style questions that show your thought process. I'll have to admit that the phone screen by Alice (HR) was, by far, the most delightful phone screen I've ever had. She deserves a bonus or something. Aside from that, we then later scheduled an in-person interview.
In-person interview was a really standard interview with two engineers and a white board. They asked some very basic questions to see your thought process as a software tester, then do whiteboard problems in OOP to test your software developing skills, and a logic question: 3 boxes of black/white marbles riddle.
