Interview process went smooth for the GM position. I was an internal candidate, so I knew the ins and outs of the company. It consisted of 4 separate interviews in a 4 week span: 1) district manager; 2) regional manager; 3) regional HR manager; and finally 4) president of the company.

Nonostante avessero detto che la selezione sarebbe continuata con un ulteriore colloquio , si sono fatti sentire a distanza di settimane per comunicare che la posizione non era più disponibile

I submitted my resume online and received an email from the regional manager a few days later. We had our initial interview in the mall the store was located. From what I perceived we had great dialogue and I left the interview confident I would receive a call/email regarding next steps. I sent the RM a thank you email the following day and never received a response from her. I sent her a follow up email a week later and never received a response. She was quick to reply to my emails when setting up the interview but completely ghosted me after the fact. My overall impression of her and the company is extremely unprofessional and rude.
