Quick response to application, the interview was set within a week. The emails from HR were very impersonal and formal. The HR representative went into great detail about their interview process.

The first question, and subsequent questions were about Dave Ramsey products. I thought it odd that my qualifications were glazed over, only to discuss more about the products.
