While discussions with CEO were fantastic. the journey was extremely disjointed and lacked clarity. Could have been timing, could have been me. Either way, all the best to the team. With aligned leadership and a shared vision for success, growth is ahead.

Interview
Everyone was super nice and I was really excited to keep moving forward. However I was concerned about the longevity of the company and how it fared through COVID. Asked about layoffs and was told “no we havent had layoffs, we’ve had a workforce reduction so we could make sure we have the right people.” Soooo…a layoff? Not impressed by answers like that. Just be honest!
