Interview
Very simple and straightforward. Asked only a small handful of questions about why I would be a fit at Regal Entertainment, but mostly about me and who I was, like what I was studying and what my interests were. Relaxed and easy, was essentially offered on the spot without much hassle.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
