I applied and received a phone call two days later. I called back and they asked about my availability before giving me an interview for a few days later. The manager was really nice, so that calmed my nerves. It went pretty well. They explained the dress code and what to expect from the job position. Then they asked me about 10-15 questions before giving me reference sheets to fill out, and then I was on my way. Got a call about a week later after I turned in my reference sheets and I got offered the job!

If a customer came up to you and complained that their popcorn tasted old and stale, what would you do?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
