Very Easy Process. The first round was itself taken by the Area Manager of the cluster and they asked basic questions of what was my role in my previous organisation, my reason to leave the job, my experience, my family back ground, my expectations,

Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
