I received a phone call and/or email from an energetic, friendly recruiter. I submitted my resume via email to the recruiter. After learning more about the position during a phone call, I expressed my interest. I then was asked to complete an online application. After that, I received a call from the recruiter to set up an onsite interview with the facility director and Regional Director. I sat at a table with both of them and answered questions about my background. I asked a few questions, but most of it was about me answering their questions. After the interview, another candidate came into the room. I received a phone call from the recruiter a few days later telling me I did not get the position.
