Be aware of your audience not all have open personalities they are closed minded until you prove yourself so be prepared. Watch out for the guy that keeps looking out the interview window... He is an expert in eDiscovery and Cyber Security and will not be engaged until you can find a way to provide substance to the conversation/dialogue.
