Overall Relativity interview is very rigorous! Going through the interview process i could tell they hire only the best. Those who are passionate + hardworking as well as share their core values. Recruiter helps give a run through of the in-person interview process and exactly what to expect. Make sure you look through their core values and have real life examples to show how you embedded those values in your career. Know you resume inside and out! Hiring Manager goes through all bullet points and wants to know more about your work and previous managers. At the end got a tour through the building which has bunch of free food, startup vibe and collaborative layout. Overall had a very pleasant experience going through the interview process! It's obvious they are hiring the right people given the success of Relativity. Also make you sure ask about the RCA (Relativity Certification Exam). I found out about it through other reviews but recruiter will let you know after all your interviews. You have to go through a 4 week training course to get certified to show you know the relativity product. Just something to keep in mind if you accept offer. Your offer is contingent on your passing the exam i believe. However, the recruiters are awesome and super helpful guiding through interview process!
