I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Relias in Feb 2023
The interview process was a conversational interview, with no design challenge or whiteboarding. Mostly focused on knowing about a person and how they work in teams. It was fast from Hr to the panel interview and then speedy rejection.
- First question -Tell me about yourself.

Applied on website, next day received request for phone call screen. Had call later that week. Recruiter asked desired salary which was 10% less than my current. The call ended there. Their training program sounds good.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relias (Morrisville, NC) in Jun 2022
Initially a screen phone with the recruiting director. Then in a week a video call with an Agile Project Manager and the third week with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the hiring manager got me excited in the last interview and I never heard back until I wrote and they told me that "they like me very, very much" but no, thank you. According to the hiring manager, "they will continue to look for someone more qualified for this position” but on LinkedIn the job description said “Entry Level”. Lol!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Relias (Morrisville, NC) in May 2022
About a month after I applied I got offered an initial phone interview with the company recruiter. Immediately after that 15 minute interview, I was offered an interview with the client care managers. That interview was about an hour long. Less than a day later, I was contacted with their decision. All and all, it took about 2 weeks from initial interview to the end of the process.
- What keeps you going in life?
- What made you choose Relias to apply for a job?

I interviewed with several team members, over several weeks and everyone was great. I could tell they were concerned about my ability to do the work but also if I would fit into their company culture or not, was important to the whole team.
- What attracted me to the position?

There are three rounds in total, and the entire process went smoothly and quickly. I got the offer call the next day after the final round. First Round: Phone Screen ~30mins (Behavioral Questions) Second Round: Hiring Manager ~1hr (Casual Conversation - walk through the company projects and great opportunities- plenty of time to ask questions) - The best interview I had ever Third Round: Panel Discussion ~45mins (Behavioral Questions + Resume Questions + Casual Conversation) No technical questions or coding questions. All interviewers are kind and nice, and Relias really values learning opportunities for employees. After talking with the hiring manager and the team members, I immediately decided to accept the offer without hesitation. Look forward to contributing to the team in the summer.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relias in Dec 2021
Submitted application online and spoke with a recruiter the next day. She was very friendly and gathered all my details. Within a week I had an interview with the entire team I would have been part of. They were all great and the manager of the team asked a lot of good questions. The team was very welcoming and made me feel that working at Relias was a great choice. After another week I met with the department heads. This interview was rather awkward. I immediately felt as if I was a burden on these folks as they had other things happening. I was asked some skill related questions that were fine, but also some theoretical situation/scenarios that were very weird. Specifically I was asked if I had ever been yelled at in my job. That was really off putting as I don’t want to be in a position to be yelled at regularly. I ultimately was not offered the position.
- Have you ever been yelled at in your career, and how did you handle it?

Applied online and the next day I had a recruiter schedule me for a phone interview. Went through that and was asked to do an online personality test, and was explicitly told to "be honest because they ask the same questions in different ways". Okay. Got it. I was honest al the way through because in reality, if my answers to that are off-putting, then please do not engage me further! I was also asked to produce a writing sample based on their prompt. Got pushed through to the next interview within a day or two since speaking to the recruiter, and all seemed to be going great. Lots of good feedback, and they seemed excited about me and told me about next steps. After that... crickets. I was completely ghosted by my recruiter despite reaching out multiple times. Big red flag, especially since I handed over my intellectual property (which they seemed to love) and couldn't even get an email? Yikes.
