    Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter initially, then the hiring department contacted me to set up my first set of phone interviews, then a Skype interview since I lived on the other side of the country. Regional Property Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Detroit, MI

    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Resource Residential (Detroit, MI) in December 2009.

    Interview

I was introduced by a recruiter. It took about 2 months to finally get a phone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and seem to go well. The person I talked to was very professional and easy to talk with. I was sent a personality test to do from home and e-mail back to them. I was given the impression by the recruiter and the person I spoke with that they would be hiring soon. I followed up several weeks later and no decision had been made on personal interviews and that they wuld contact me. Further calls to reach any one were never returned.
