I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Baar, Zug) in Jan 2018
Interview
The following stages need to be passed:
1. Hand in Application
2. Skype Interview
3. Business Case Interview
4. Assessment Day: Business Case, 3 on 3 Panel interview, Chat with BK EMEA CEO
I was contacted on LinkedIn and then got invited to a Skype Interview, where the interviewer never showed up. The Business Case interview was forgotten/skipped in my case. On the day of the assessment I was very disappointed because at no point did the company really advertise themselves- it was just constant saying how tough it would be. The events on the day always started with a lot of delay which I found very unprofessional. After each round about 50% of the candidates were eliminated- I passed through to the final round. People who were no selected were rather ungraciously sent home and exposed to all other candidates. The panel interview was interesting, containing standard consulting interview questions, however was focused on putting you on the spot & turning around everything you say- stil I thought it was a fun challenge. Then finally you get to meet the CEO and the chat is quite laid-back- nice guy. After the process I got an email (quite promptly) saying that I had been selected and would receive an offer letter. This offer letter again came in quite late. In general the assessment day left me with an impression of a company who does not put a lot of focus on punctuality, transparency and is not trying to actively also impress the candidates- which are things that are extremely important to me. However I think that for someone with a different background this might be a very good opportunity (marketing and HR focused), the company also putting a lot of emphasis on working together. When I asked for feedback on the interview they did not provide any. Salary offered was above average but no weekly work hours were fixed, overtime was demanded and not paid (which probably means working weekends). Learned a lot during the process though...

How would you describe the last 10 years of world history in 1 min?
Which of the 3 H's are you least? What do the 3 H's stand for?
Why do you want to work here? What kind of highschool experience do you have (found that one a bit wierd)? How would you turn 1M$ into 2M$ within a year? Would increasing our price lead to increase or decrease of overall profit and why? Would you describe yourself as analytical?

Interview
I applied online. The process took a few months. They contacted me and they scheduled two interviews: one general HR interview and one competency-based on which we were asked to solve a real business case with some calculations.
The AC was divided in three phases and after each of them the people who did not pass were sent home. 1st phase: working on a business case in teams. 2nd phase: panel interview (4 candidates and 4 interviewers together). 3rd phase: individual interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International
Interview
The first interview was a behavioral style interview that was pretty basic, though they focused a lot on high school experiences.
The second interview was a case style interview in which they asked me to walk through a case study of Burger King, it seemed more basic than most case interviews.
