Name and shame: Revolut
After completing the online assignment, a recruiter reached out to me in order to schedule the next stage of the interview process. Half an hour before our interview, I received a mail from her saying that we would have to reschedule due to an emergency, which I found extremely disappointing, since instead of being given the option to choose from a time window like other companies do, I was given a fixed time slot, and I had to work my schedule around that.
It has been 3 weeks since that happened and I still have not heard back from her. I tried sending 2 emails asking for a reschedule, but received no response whatsoever.
They could have just sent me a generic rejection email, instead of getting my hopes up and wasting my time.
