I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products in May 2023
Video screen with HR. HR-person was flustered and didn't seem to understand the role. HR-person seemed to become angry when I said I didn't live in the area, but am looking to move as I have family near and am being very selective of companies I apply to. Also, they became flustered again when I mentioned my salary requirements. (So post them! You have a budget, so do I and I know my worth.) I will withdraw my application if I do get a second round.
- What are your salary requirements?

- what do you look in an employee for a job

Anonymous Employee
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products
Original screening interview from hiring manager before moving on to two 30-minute interviews with the leaders for the internship. It was very conversational versus just asking questions to the interviewee.
- Why are you interested in working for RCP?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products
Went though five, yes five interviews, which took an entire day. This is on top of precursory interview calls. This was too much, and left me with a horrible experience. At the end, I advised of this, and not unexpectedly, I have not heard back.
- Typical STAR questions, but over and over. Hard to have a good dialogue when there were so many questions to cover.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products (Huntersville, NC) in Oct 2022
Very professional and polite. Interviewer followed up with process as expected. Interviewer was also very informative of all duties and expectations of job role. Informed of benefits to all employees.
- Was teamwork a problem/ was working alone a problem

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products in Oct 2022
It was an efficient process and a variety of team members to get a full look at the organization. Compared to many other organizations, this was a real pleasure to get through.
- Why would you want to join the organization?

I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products
Phone interview with HR. Phone interview with Manager. Panel interview and tour. Great interview questions to know skills and personality. Need to share experiences and how you dealt with challenges.
- What can you bring to the new team?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products in Aug 2022
The interviewer read questions off a list because she said that's what the company wanted, so it felt very stiff and non-conversational. Some questions could've been worded easier because I struggled to answer some situational ones.
- What does commitment to excellence look like to you?
- What are 3 things you look for in a new company/role?

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products (Chicago, IL) in May 2022
This was a horrible process several conversations with different employees both competent and noncompetent. I later got a hint from the recruiter that she didn't think the process was not fair
- Describe sourcing process or Tell me about yourself

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds Consumer Products
Good, but HR seems very short staffed. 1 hour interview, questions more focused on your technical skills than behavioral skills. Make sure to know your resume in and out, and you should be set.
- What is your favorite part of working with data?
