I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2012
Interview
I received an email asking me to choose a time when I could come in for testing. The date was about a week away. Upon arriving at the facility I was taken to a room and given an assessment. It was very straight forward and fairly quick. It took all of the 45 minutes given to complete it.
After completing the tests I was told to wait while it was reviewed. I waited about 5 minutes before being called back into an interview room for a preliminary interview. This was mostly a "get to know you" kind of thing. Afterwards I filled out a very specific application and was given an interview time with the VP of the department for a couple days later. The interview with the VP was very straightforward and positive. He tried to get a feel for my skills and told me all about how the group I was interviewing for worked. It lasted about 30 minutes. I was given a drug test immediately afterwards.
2 weeks later, I received a call with an offer for my minimum acceptable salary. I start in my new position on Monday.

Question 1
There really were not any out of the ordinary questions. It was a very straight forward process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
