I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied through college recruiting program, it took a week for them to call back. Very prompt and organized
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had to go through 4 or 5 tests for 2 hours before the interview. The recruiter asks you about your project & experience and tries to match you based on the experience. Very relaxed interview. There weren't any difficult questions for the first interview with the HR
The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.
Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
