Interview
They use the STAR interview method. Mostly behavior related questions. They are friendly will even lead you on to the answers they are looking for. Time is one hour. I interviewed via zoom. Tell me about your self, why do you want to work here. How do you respond to stress. They take 2 week to get back either for another interview or if you didn't make it.

Metup with Restaurant manager to discuss possibilities and setup an itnerview with general hotel/restaurant managers.
After several interview and signing hiring papers, you go to an orientation held onece a month where all employess hired that month are trained for 3 days.
