Was great! Very conversational and did not feel like an interview. Their hiring manager is very nice and really engages with you. Offers you the position on the spot which I really liked.

Interview is based on introduction, work history and questions about your previous history. Most of the time you are asked to describe situations and how you handled them in the work environment

Describe a time when you had a challenge with a difficult guest.
Super easy and quick. Phone call first round then 2 in person interviews. One with the department head and the other with the GM. Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. Overall very easy process.
