The process took about 4 months. The interviews were all held online due to COVID-19. I was rejected after my fourth round of interview (including the pre-recorded video interview). For the last interview result, I had to wait for more than three weeks, which was quite stressful. Apart from that, it was overall a positive experience for me.
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
