A lengthy but friendly process. The interviewers were very honest and upfront about their opinions and were willing to ask questions they actually wanted to hear the answer to instead of the usual boiler plate questions. It was much more a conversation instead of the usual robotic motions.

Applied online, Got a call from HR after 2 weeks. Interview was scheduled in 3 days from the call. 1.5hrs technical interview based on JD and Previous experiences. it was a face to face discussion. the interviewers were gentle and calm in handling questions and people.

I got interviewed at SHPE conference. The interviews take about 30-45min. After the interview they give you an opportunity to ask questions. I am still waiting for an answer from the recruiter. I have other colleagues that got interviewed as well and still haven't heard from them.
