Interview once internally and once externally. Internal interview process was one day of round-robin interviews. 3 Interviews with 2 interviewers each. Mostly behavioral interview questions.
External interview process was two days. The first day candidates were given a tour of the facilities, watched presentations about the company and met with the VP of the group we were applying for. After there was a social with food and drinks to chit-chat with other candidates, former LDPs and some hiring managers and HR. Day two was similar to the internal hire process. In the morning you are brought up stairs to a conference room, where you wait with other candidates between interviews.
