I first had a phone interview with an HR rep that was behavioral based. Next, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager that had technical questions involved but still had some other behavioral questions.

The interview was very straightforward, and questions can easily be answered using the STAR interview method by pulling from your various experiences and projects. It is even better if you talk about your time as an intern at Rolls-Royce if you are going for this full-time position.
