Interview
I had a standard group interview with about 4 other people. We were interviewed by the store manager along with one of the assistant managers. We each took turns introducing ourselves and answers questions asked by the interviewers. They primarily asked general interview questions and because it was a group interview we each only got to speak about 3 times.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
