Round 1: 25 aptitude questions in 25 mins followed by 1 debugging(very simple),1 partial coding(basic math problem) and one more coding question related to pattern searching(Strings).
Around 20-25 students were selected from college and final interviews held in Chandigarh.
Round 2: (Technical Elimination round) Though technical but started with managerial questions and scenarios describing. It was a panel of 2 in which one was asking questions and other was observing. it was a grilling interview.some of the questions asked were based on core java, Projects in resumes, Hackathon experiences and simple coding questions on array which were asked to optimize(single loop answers).DBMS questions were also asked. This was a tough round for all students.Lot of elimination was there.
Around 6-7 students were selected for next round.
Round 3: (Technical Elimination round) Simple loop tricks(but tricky), linked-list questions(almost all basic questions),questions related to strings(pattern), indexing in DBMS, Puzzles. I answers all questions and the panel was impressed with me. Easy round for me.
Around 5 students were selected for next round.
Round 4: (Managerial Round) Senior member from SAP took this interview. It was basically another grilling interview which included project discussions and other managerial questions. at the end he was also impressed.
Round 5: (HR) It was merely a discussion and the best interview of all. interviewer asked some hr related general questions and explained about SAP culture.
All interviews were very friendly and therefore gives the impression of the how great the company is.
At the end of a long day I got the offer.
