Interview
This was an internal transfer and many others were applying. Talked with the recruiter, had in-person interviews with the team manager and two team members. I had to supply a writing sample and references.

How do I approach transforming the user experience?
Applied online. Initial call with recruiter was rushed and impersonal, as if he hadn't read my application at all. Next two rounds of interviews were with the teams, plus a two hour writing assessment. They overall went okay, but then I was completely ghosted and my follow-up emails went completely ignored. It's one thing not to respond to every applicant who doesn't even get an interview, but after three conversations and a two hour assessment, you'd think I would have gotten some kind of courtesy email.
