Very informal, felt like they didn't want to even talk to me at all. They just asked a few basic programming questions and it was pretty clear that they weren't interested in me. Thankfully the interview process itself made those feelings mutual
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Galway) in May 2017
Interview
Applied online. Received a call about 3 days later to interview in person with 2 managers in May. Interview was relaxed and informal, discussing my CV, College experience, knowledge of SAP and interest in the role. At the end of this interview I was handed a paper with some technical questions, mostly MCQs and 1 word answers on Java, Cloud, SQL, XML, HTML & CSS. I Received a call the next day to say I'd progressed to the next stage which was another interview about 4 days later with 2 different managers and would be competency based. Interview was a bit more intense, interviewers asked for examples of where I showed key skills. Received a call about 3 days later to say I'd progressed further to a background/medical check. This took about 4 days and i then received a phone call with an official offer.
