      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru) in Mar 2018

      Interview

I got call from Philippines to set the interview. I was conveyed a date along with local HR and interviewer's name. Despite repeated attempts, the local HR wouldn't mail back. I visited Whitefield campus and spoke with an Architect in the hiring group. He only asked my what all I have done in cloud analytics and Microservices. He didn't ask me any challenging questions at all. In the end he asked me the reason for change. Now there is a serious lack of understanding in many interviewer's. What business does an Individual Contributor has in asking this? Let the hiring manager or HR ask it. Anyways so after an hour the interview is over and I am told I can go and the HR will contact later. The HR wouldn't contact at all even to convey that you are not shortlisted. Ideally they should inform and also share the reason. A candidate spends time and effort and adjusts the schedule to attend the interview and you don't even show any professional courtesy to close the loop. So finally I wrote a strong mail asking for the feedback and the HR responds back saying it was mailed to me. However I see no mail what so ever. Also if there was a mail sent, she could have forwarded the same to prove her point. Baseline is, the HR's behavior was highly unprofessional lacking basic etiquettes of professional conduct. I still stand by my ask. Where is the feedback? On what basis did you reject me? It is my right to know. You just wasted my time.
