I've had a few different types of interviews with SAP which generally fall into one of the process categories below:
1) standard, 2-4 rounds
2) simple, screening with recruiter, then just hiring manager
3) 3 rounds of panel interviews (2-3 people each), 45 mins each round
4) screening, then presentation of project portfolio with 4 person team
5) screening, then demo of work or solving a problem
