1) EMail (war bereits Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen) an Manager
2) erstes Interview mit Manager relativ formlos ca. 14 Tage nach der Email
3) zweites Interview mit Bereichsleiter und Manager ca 3 Tage nach dem ersten Gespräch
4) Zusage noch am gleichen Tag des zweiten Gesprächs

Motivation: Warum Controlling
Vorkenntnisse: Bisherige Tätigkeiten bei SAP, spezielle Kenntnisse von Tools, die im CO gebraucht werden (MS Office, SAP ERP)
It was really nice, The HR interview really went well. She made me feel great, not to feel nervous at all and helped me be at my best version by talking nicely to me.
