Interview
Inicialmente, houve uma triagem telefônica para verificar o ajuste cultural e revisar as qualificações básicas. Em seguida, ocorre uma entrevista técnica, onde o candidato é avaliado em seus conhecimentos de SAP e resolução de problemas. There were 2 interviews. The first one was with the hiring manager and the next was with the director. Mostly talking about past work experience and what you are looking for in your next role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Walldorf, Baden-Wurttemberg)
Interview
It was very friendly and had a conversational flow, so made it very fun. The interviewer was very positive and did not try to 'trick'. The interview was focused on past work experience
