Got ghosted after the first interview with the recruiter even though we agreed to schedule the next call and I was waiting for the details. And got "rejected" via automatic email a month later saying that they went with another candidate. The position is still open and keeps getting reposted everywhere.

1. Phone interview with HR 2. Face-to-face onsite interview with 5 panels of decision maker head of team, program managers, project managers conducted in a very prepared and professional manner
