      Claims Adjuster Interview

      Mar 13, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SECURA in Jan 2021

      Interview

Received call for interview. Not typical interview - kept hounding on why I wanted to leave my claim manager’s job to go be an adjuster. If I wasn’t truly interested in the position, I wouldn’t have applied. Was eventually notified that I didn’t have the experience or qualifications for the position and they would seek others. Whaaat?? I was an adjuster for over 16 years. It boils down to money. It would have been nice to have been at least offered a position and be able turn it down if it wasn’t enough. I was certainly willing to negotiate for more of a work/life position. Lying as to not enough experience or qualifications left a very bad taste in my mouth about this company.
