I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at SWIFT in Jun 2024
Interview
The process began with a conversation with the head of human resources, who was very friendly and engaging. After that, I had an interview with the person responsible for the hiring process, who was also friendly and approachable. During this interview, we discussed my CV, and they explained a take-home challenge. I was given a week to complete the challenge, followed by a meeting to discuss it.
I was informed that I would receive an email about the status of my application and, if successful, I would proceed to a final interview. However, I never received any update on my application status. I sent several follow-up emails to the human resources manager, and each time I received the same response: 'I’ll get back to you next week.' Despite my efforts, after 5 months, I never received a final response regarding my application

About maven, About why I choose this implementation.
Talk to chapter lead software engineers. Fast and conversational, some technical questions about language specifics. Role specific technology questions may come into place. Overall nothing extreme, was a pleasant experience
