Interview
Received email for interview 3 weeks after I applied. All applicants sat down together in a room for 30-60 minutes, and were called in one by one for an interview with an individual. Questions included, "Explain a situation where you went above and beyond the call of duty", "What qualities make you a better candidate than the others", and "Tell me how you reacted to an unhappy customer". Generally first interview was enjoyable if you had prepared.
Called for second interview the next day, which was a little bit more difficult but still ok. Didn't hear from them in a few weeks after, so assumed I did not get the job.

Each individual hotel is in direct control of their hiring. That being said, I went through 5 interviewers and 3 weeks before giving up on a Sage property. As an industry leading company, I expected the best experience possible from their organization. I initially met with the op's manager, then guest services manager, then front desk manager, then guest services manager again and finally the op's manager again.
