The process was quite dynamic but lengthy, taking around 4 hours. Prior to this, some videos were created as a preliminary filtering step to the selection process. Overall, the experience was positive but didnt achieve the desired outcome.

2. Case Study- short case study depending on the position you are applying to
3. Interview with direct Manager- interview with direct manager on motivations, some technical questions as well.
